By downloading or using Freq Talk ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Freq Talk is a walkie-talkie-style communication app that allows users to exchange ephemeral voice messages within shared frequency channels. Messages are temporary and are automatically deleted after a short period.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You agree not to use the App to:
Frequency creators may remove members who violate these guidelines.
You retain ownership of the voice messages you send. By using the App, you grant other members of your frequency a limited, temporary right to listen to your messages before they expire. Messages are ephemeral and are not stored permanently.
The App requires an active iCloud account for message synchronization. You are responsible for maintaining your iCloud account and any associated costs with Apple.
Voice messages are designed to be temporary. They may be deleted at any time and are not guaranteed to be delivered or preserved. Do not rely on the App for critical or time-sensitive communications.
We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genyus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
The App, its design, code, and branding are the property of Genyus. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
